Ssekiranda Tadeo is a Ugandan by birth, and serves as the chairperson for Kikaaya Parish Youth Committee, located in Kawempe Division, Kampala City. He holds exceptional and professional experience in tours and travels as acquired from Uganda Wild Life Authority. Tadeo has great passion and interests for Community Impact, Social Entrepreneurship and Leadership. As an outreach coordinator, Tadeo is responsible for Organizing and Coordinating all outreach and engagement Programs at Mtindo Network Development Initiative.

The Mental Health & Career Pathways Project, a partnership between Mtindo Network Development Initiative and the Lyfe Network, supports young people’s mental well-being while guiding them toward clear, sustainable career paths.

Through mental health awareness, psychosocial support, and career guidance, the project helps youth build emotional resilience, make informed career choices, and transition confidently into education, entrepreneurship, or work. Our goal is to reach 1000+ youth, both in and out of school, in densely populated and vulnerable communities like Kawempe and Kamwokya, empowering them to thrive despite challenges.
