Leadership Development
Part of our team members participated in a one year “Public Management and Leadership program” offered by Franklyn Institute of Leadership and Public Management in partnership with the US Embassy with the objective to equip young public managers for transformational leadership.
Its mission is to nurture selfless and competent leadership in the public sector. This program involves both virtual and physical sessions at the American Center, Kampala.
