OUR PROGRAMS

Economics and Entrepreneurship Seminars
The Economics and Entrepreneurship seminar” is a training module designed by Mtindo Network Development Initiative for high school students as means of nurturing entrepreneurial abilities among students. The module was designed by youth including; youth community leaders, high school and University students/ scholars who participated in the Social Equity Project and boot camp training conducted by Amariatek Foundation, Junior Achievement Uganda and as mentored by UNICEF.
It also serves as a great sustainability plan because young people in high schools are the future entrepreneurs and feeding them on this knowledge, ideas and practices at an early age is very vital in preparing them to face the future with confidence and be solution oriented when it comes to dealing with social problems in their communities and country at large and make money in the process.
Since January 2023, Mtindo Network Development Initiative and her partners have implemented this program in different schools in Uganda which among others include; Hope Community School in Jinja, Entebbe Comprehensive Secondary School in Entebbe, St Mary’s Senior Secondary School in Mutungu, and Modern High school in Kisaasi and in the process engaged over 700 students.
